GOAL1 No Poverty

No Poverty

End poverty in all its forms everywhere
Our group companies use the technical intern training system to aim for
“creating a comfortable workplace” and actively promote employment.
We started accepting from developing countries (China) in 2010 and from Vietnam in 2015.
Recently, we are actively promoting the employment of foreigners
in developing countries by using the advanced human resources system.

GOAL2 Zero Hunger

Zero Hunger

End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture
We are actively accepting employment of trainees from developing countries using
the technical intern training system, and after the training period is over,
we will transfer the skills and knowledge cultivated in Japan to developing regions, etc.
It is the promotion of international cooperation that contributes to the
“human resource development” that is responsible for the economic development of Japan.

Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
Safety initiatives and consideration for employees
To achieve a “zero accident” workplace We will share information on disaster information
from customers within the company and realize a zero accident workplace
by developing people with the belief of zero accidents
(goal = closed / non-disaster accidents, traffic accidents 0)
Looking back on past disasters, we are standardizing recurrence prevention measures
that will not cause disasters for the same reason as twice,
and establishing countermeasure standards.
In addition, employees are practicing to eliminate the source of danger
by thinking about thorough prevention of recurrence.

Human resource development with the keywords of skill transfer and human resource development
We will transmission on the skill know-how left by our seniors and our commitment to manufacturing.

Under the 2022 company slogan “Be Happy!” And the sub-slogan
“Working style reform that transcends the barriers that we build ourselves,”
we are practicing our commitment to manufacturing with the keyword of human resource development.
We also actively participate in education provided by customers.

Factory CO2 Zero Challenge (Activities aimed at achieving 2050)
Mercury lamps at all our factories have been abolished,
and fluorescent lamps at all factories and dormitories have been changed to LEDs (realized in 2015).
Scheduled to introduce in-house power generation (solar power generation system) by 2025

SAPOIN: Screw connection without welding, new construction method
Our company, which processes and manufactures pipes for industrial vehicles and automobiles,
has developed a new construction method for screw connection of pipes without welding.
Fix the connection part by plastic working of the pipe end
Shorten manufacturing and inspection processes, leading to cost reduction and quality improvement
Practical application from industrial vehicle parts,
aiming for horizontal expansion in a wide range of fields such as aircraft
Since welding is not required, there is no need to worry about leakage
from the connection part when passing oil or water.
It leads to quality improvement and work efficiency, and also leads to cost reduction.
Evolution of pipe bending
We are pursuing “pipe bending of various sizes” and are also good
at pipe bending with a non-circular cross section.
We provide products with special bending that are difficult to reproduce overseas,
such as molds for forming rubber hoses by freely bending pipes and round bars.
Going forward, we will continue to promote “development of pipe bending that we propose
to our customers” and contribute to a wide range of fields.

Conflict Minerals Survey (Completed in March 2021)
Conflict minerals(3TG):Tin,Tantalum,Tungsten,Gold
Mineral resources mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and nine surrounding countries
Investigate the actual situation as it is a source of funds for armed groups
If you are using 3TG, the purpose is to identify the “smelter” rather than the “the place of origin”
and prove that it is not a source of funding for the armed groups.

From 2017, we are currently working on zero disposal defects

Power saving
When not using OA equipment such as personal computers,
we will strengthen power saving by thoroughly turning off the power
and switching fluorescent lamps at hand.

Strive to reduce the environmental burden by recycling waste materials generated
from factories and properly treating waste.
Waste oil is 100% recycled, and waste materials generated from business establishments are
classified into plastic, paper, and cardboard, and are outsourced to a waste disposal company
for proper disposal.
